PROJECT TIMELINE

1972-Present Additions

With one of Tim Sappington most beautiful homes, he was inspired by the Japanese Edo style of post and beam architecture. With having very minimal infill of solid wall surface, most of the interiors of this home use large glass windows. This approach throws viewers inside right into the gorgeous landscape of the Presidential Mountain Range. This home utilizes the sun that pours into its South facing facade to provide natural heating during colder periods. It truly has become a testimony to Tim’s aesthetic approach, as well as his love for the surrounding environment and nature.
